Paul Kik - Owner and Founder

Every company has a story, and mine started in elementary school. The teacher asked the class what they wanted to be when they grew up. I was the only student in the class who confidently raised my hand and stated that I wanted to own my own business.

My first roofing jobs were helping my dad during the summer months when he wasn't teaching. I cleaned up scraps, pushed wheelbarrows, and acted as a general "gopher." Go for this and go for that. After years of being a gopher, I started installing roofs at age 13. By age 16, I was bidding on jobs and installing them with my brothers.

After graduating from college and gaining experience in the field of accounting, I decided to start my own business. In 1999, I purchased a work truck, left my accounting position, and established Peak Roofing LLC. Through hard work, honesty, and integrity, the business flourished, enabling me to support my marriage and expanding family.

For the next 20 years, Peak Roofing LLC continued to earn a reputation as a solid, reliable roofing company. We grew through referrals from our customers and local industry suppliers. Relationships developed, and our credibility kept growing.

By the Fall of 2022, the culmination of industry related injuries made it clear it was time to focus on crew training and leadership.

Peak Roofing LLC continues to be a owner-operated business. I remain the direct line of communication for all business aspects. From the initial meeting, to the final inspection, I will be the one either physically assisting or actively managing my crew.

Commitment to hard work, straightforward advice, and strong moral principles continue to be the foundation of Peak Roofing LLC.
