While our online presence is relatively new, our reputation was built long before websites, social media, and online reviews became a major part of the industry. Over the years, much of our business has come from repeat customers, referrals, and word of mouth recommendations from homeowners who valued the quality of our work and dealing directly with the owner, Paul. Many roofing projects were completed before documenting each job with photos became common, which is why not every roof we have installed in the past is represented online. From the beginning, we have intentionally chosen to maintain an owner-involved approach rather than focus on rapid growth or completing the highest volume of projects. This allows us to remain personally involved in our work, provide consistent quality, and build lasting relationships with homeowners. Our focus has always been on quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and taking care of our customers. Yes! Peak Roofing provides a detailed estimate for each project we are bidding on. We list each service and each material we use. Products are installed to meet or exceed the guidelines set forth by the product manufacturer and the state of Michigan. Michigan law requires everything to be in writing for the protection of the consumer. If it's not in writing, it doesn't exist!

Signs that you may need a roof replacement include missing shingles, curling shingles, excessive granule loss, leaks, or a roof that is near the end of the expected life span. Part of our process is consumer education. We use our experience to evaluate your roof system to determine what part of the life cycle your roof is in. Then, we will provide recommendations and solutions so you can make an informed decision for what is best for your home.

Never pay for the entire job in advance. Make a deposit when work begins to cover materials and startup costs. Pay by check to the company name and ALWAYS get a receipt. (This information is from the State of Michigan website)

Yes! Peak Roofing LLC is Licensed (#2102162824) and Insured. In the state of Michigan, any company that provides services and materials that total $600 or more is required to have an appropriate license. This ensures both the contractor and homeowner follow their contractual obligations

Peak Roofing LLC holds an A+ rating. For 21 years we paid to have Peak Roofing LLC accredited through the Better Business Bureau. We made the conscious decision in 2020 to not continue paying the large annual fee for a BBB accreditation. This may raise questions with potential customers, but we stand by our decision. Our business is listed on the BBB website. We still have our A+ rating. The BBB is a non-profit organization with primary funding through dues paid to earn accredited status. On the BBB website you will find that our BBB file was opened in 2002. It shows that we maintained our A+ rating throughout the 21 years that we paid money for our accreditation. While the BBB can build trust, it is not the only indicator of a reputable business. Referrals and our relationships with our suppliers have been the foundation of our company for 27 years.
